Cases and their relevant details can be submitted to BnC via email, fax or post.
Once requests have been received, a specially assigned BnC representative will contact each client in order to confirm their specific translation needs, the level of specialization required and the preferred deadline for the case. An appropriate translator can then be selected for the case in question, after which the client will be provided with an official quote.
Private Clients: Translation service to commence following receipt of payment. Corporate Clients: Translation service to commence following receipt (via fax or scanned documents) of an official company authorized ‘receipt of quote’ notification, or ‘guarantee of payment’ notification.
Fully completed translations can, according to each individual client’s specific needs, be returned via email attachment, CD or post etc.
a>Private & first-time clients are required to pay in full in advance, or to commit to a suspended payment. b>Clients who already have a contractual agreement with BnC, or have dealt with us at least once in the past, will be billed at the end of the month *Long-term Corporate Clients are only required to pay within 30 days of case completion
Following the completion of the translation service, clients are welcome to contact us, either telephonically or via email, should any queries whatsoever exist with regard to the content of a specific case.
