不過國外一位部落客突發奇想製作了一道”酥炸龍舌蘭”,製作方式非常簡單喔!
所需材料:
1. 一般的海綿蛋糕 (Sponge Cake) 或是口感更為柔軟的天使蛋糕 (Angel Food Cake)
2. 龍舌蘭 (Tequila)
3. 油炸油
4. 糖粉
5. 檸檬 (裝飾用)
6. Shot 杯
製作方式:
1. 首先將蛋糕切成一口大小的四方型。
2. 接下來將蛋糕浸在酒裡數秒。 (小心浸愈久口感會更濃烈)
3. 輕輕將浸過酒的蛋糕放入約350度的熱油中,炸至呈現金黃色澤即可。
4. 待蛋糕的四面都炸成焦黃色後就可以起鍋啦! 起鍋後可以先放在紙巾上吸吸油。
5. 最後灑上糖粉以及檸檬屑裝飾後就可以放進shot杯裡上桌!
不知道吃起來味道如何,但是賣相非常不錯呢!
